Build 0.0.4.0 patch

Build 0.0.4.0 patch introduces a first pass on the pause option:
- Pressing escape will 'freeze' everything going on and you have to press escape again to resume your game.
- Several tweaks for reported bad collision in some areas.
- New renderer update increased framerates and makes animations way smoother.
